EYFS Teacher – Full-time, Temp to perm from September 2026

This EYFS Teacher role offers the opportunity to work full time within a nurturing primary school setting on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The EYFS Teacher will deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children’s early learning and personal development. This role is ideal for an EYFS Teacher who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing a strong foundation for children starting their school journey.Duties as EYFS Teacher:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children’s development across communication, language, social, and early learning skills
- Use observation and assessment to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Promote positive behaviour, routines, and independence
- Work collaboratively with support staff and colleagues
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Support smooth transitions within early years provision
- Uphold safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety responsibilities at all times
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within EYFS
- Strong understanding of early years pedagogy and child development
- Creative, patient, and nurturing teaching approach
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Willingness to commit to a temp to perm role
