Damp & Mould Supervisor
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (On-site)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance provider. You will be responsible for managing damp & mould cases from initial report through to completion, ensuring timely responses, strong resident engagement, and high-quality remedial works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage damp & mould cases end-to-end
• Oversee first response, ensuring quality and full evidence capture
• Coordinate follow-on works with internal teams and contractors
• Manage access, vulnerabilities, and risk
• Monitor performance (KPIs, response times, completions)
• Support complaints and Ombudsman enquiries
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role within social housing or maintenance
• Strong understanding of damp & mould processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience with case management and reporting
• Knowledge of housing legislation (HHSRS, Awaab’s Law)
• Full UK driving licence
