A leading social housing organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Compliance & Building Safety Support Co-ordinator to join its growing team based near London Bridge. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting building safety, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance across a diverse housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance and Building Safety team
- Maintain accurate compliance records, certification logs, and safety documentation
- Support the co-ordination of statutory compliance programmes including:
- Fire Safety
- Gas Safety
- Electrical Compliance
- Asbestos Management
- Water Hygiene
- Lift Servicing
- Schedule inspections, audits, contractor visits, and remedial works
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and residents to ensure timely completion of compliance activities
- Monitor and track KPIs, service performance, and compliance deadlines
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and preparation for audits and inspections
- Ensure all records are maintained in line with regulatory and company standards
- Previous experience in compliance, building safety, housing, facilities, or property administration
- Understanding of social housing compliance and building safety regulations desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and housing/compliance management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
