This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager seeking a position with genuine influence and career progression. With excellent Invisalign demand, dedicated management support, and the opportunity to shape performance and culture, this role offers both challenge and long-term reward.

• Full-Time position – Monday to Friday
• Up to £20 per hour (D.O.E.)
• Lead operational performance and practice growth
• Manage compliance, recruitment and team development
• Strong support from experienced Area Manager
• Available to start from end of July / beginning of August

• Recently refurbished 3 surgery mixed dental practice
• Growing patient base within affluent local area
• Modern equipment including R4, OPG and iTero
• Established nursing and administration support teams
• Strong Invisalign demand and conversion success
• Four Associates and visiting Implantologist onsite
• Convenient location with great transport links nearby

• Must have over 2 years of Practice Manager experience
• Previous Dental Practice Management experience essential
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance requirements
• Confident leading teams and driving performance
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Commercially minded with growth-focused approach
• Proactive problem solver seeking long-term opportunity
