An exciting opportunity has become available for a Private Associate Dentist to join a well-established, independently owned practice in Middlesbrough.

This is an ideal role for a clinician looking to enjoy a high-quality private patient base, excellent earning potential and genuine long-term career prospects within a supportive team.

• 1.5–2 days per week
• 3–4 clinical sessions per week
• Fully private role with the option to undertake a small NHS children's contract if desired
• Established list of approximately 500 inherited patients, predominantly Denplan with additional fee-per-item private patients
• Excellent earning potential from £70,000 per annum from the outset (for 1.5 - 2 days per week)
• 47% private split, with the practice covering the full cost of hygienist support, providing greater take-home earnings than a standard 50% split in many practices
• Incoming Associate taking over an established diary from a departing clinician, ensuring an immediate workflow from day one
• Clinical freedom to provide high-quality private dentistry
• Flexible start available around the current Associate's departure
