This Primary School Teacher role offers a temp to perm, full-time opportunity within a supportive primary school setting from as soon as possible. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary School Teacher who is passionate about SEND provision and committed to delivering high-quality teaching across different key stages.Duties as Primary School Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for pupils ages 11-16
• Plan and adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils across different age groups
• Coordinate, implement, and review individual education plans and interventions
• Liaise with teachers, support staff, external professionals, and families
• Promote inclusive practice and ensure pupils with SEND are effectively supported
• Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data to inform teaching and intervention
• Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to whole-school development and collaborative working
• Uphold safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety responsibilities at all times

Ideal Primary School Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience teaching ages 11-16 in all subjects
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
