Primary School Teacher – Temp to perm, full-time from as soon as possible

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons for pupils ages 11-16
- Plan and adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils across different age groups
- Coordinate, implement, and review individual education plans and interventions
- Liaise with teachers, support staff, external professionals, and families
- Promote inclusive practice and ensure pupils with SEND are effectively supported
- Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data to inform teaching and intervention
- Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to whole-school development and collaborative working
- Uphold safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety responsibilities at all times
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching ages 11-16 in all subjects
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive practice
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a SEND setting
