We’re working with an innovative and growing engineering business on a mission to scale. As they continue to grow, quality is a central pillar of their success — and they’re now looking for Quality Engineer to take ownership and elevate their approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you can make a real impact, shaping quality processes and standards from the ground up.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Implement and embed robust quality processes and controls
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve overall product quality
  • Support the transition from reactive quality to a more proactive, process-driven approach

About You
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong mechanical understanding — this is essential
  • Experience working with NCRs, CAPAs, and root cause analysis
  • A proactive mindset — someone who wants to improve systems, not just maintain them
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams

Industry background is flexible — attitude, approach, and mechanical knowledge are key.

Why Join?
  • Opportunity to own and shape the quality function
  • A role with real impact and visibility within the business

  • Be part of a growing, forward-thinking engineering company
