Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious heritage restoration project based in Torpoint. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and process-driven professional to join a well-established contractor on a fixed-term contract delivering works within a sensitive historic environment.

• Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

• Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety procedures and project-specific processes.

• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout all stages of the project.

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Completing site documentation, reports, and records accurately and efficiently.

• Managing works in accordance with heritage project requirements and conservation considerations.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on heritage or listed building projects.

• Highly process-driven with excellent organisational and documentation skills.

• Valid SMSTS certification.

• Valid 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate.

• Valid CSCS Gold Card (minimum requirement).

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management procedures.

• Ability to lead teams effectively and maintain programme delivery.

• Competitive hourly rate of £27.00 – £30.00 per hour.

• 19-week contract on a unique heritage scheme.
