We are working with a leading manufacturing and aerospace organisation based in Farnborough to recruit a Coil Winding Operative.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-spec production environment supporting cutting-edge engineering projects within the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities for a Coil Winding Operative:

• Carry out coil winding activities in line with engineering specifications and production requirements
• Assemble and inspect components while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Support production processes in line with strict quality and safety standards
• Conduct basic testing and inspection of finished products
• Work from engineering drawings, technical instructions, and specifications
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Key Requirements for a Coil Winding Operative:

• Previous coil winding, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is advantageous
• A strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Excellent manual dexterity and a precision-focused approach
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to learning
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
