Account Manager – Digital Printed Packaging

Location: Kent
Salary: From £30,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Account Manager to join a thriving packaging company in their digital department based in Kent.

Working within a friendly, fast-paced team, you will manage and retain existing customer accounts while providing vital administrative and operational support to the Sales and New Business teams. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities and developing their career within print, packaging or manufacturing.

The role

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare estimates, quotations and customer reports.
• Identify opportunities to grow spend and increase sales across house accounts.
• Process customer orders, create job bags and ensure all job information is accurate.
• Liaise with planning, production, warehouse, design and external suppliers to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.
• Manage artwork updates, sample requests and production requirements.
• Handle customer queries, NCRs and delivery issues through to resolution.
• Support the Sales and New Business teams with repeat business, enquiries and administration.
• Attend customer meetings where required.

The candidate

• Previous Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support or Internal Sales experience.
• Experience within print or packaging
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to spot account-growth opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• A proactive, reliable and enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
