Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler 

Location: Bassingbourn
Pay Rate: £16.25 – £17.33 per hour (DOE) or £21.68 - £23.12 per hour Umbrella 
Contract Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy and growing team based in Bassingbourn on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler 

• Assembly and build of electro-mechanical products
• Wiring of components and systems to technical drawings
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
• Conducting basic testing and fault finding
• Ensuring builds are completed to high quality and safety standards

• Previous experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Wireman or Mechanical Fitter
• Ability to both build and wire (multi-skilled preferred)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
