Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Facilities Management and Schedule of Rates (NSR)?

We're working with a leading FM provider to recruit a commercially astute QS to support the delivery of a high-profile estate, managing a busy programme of reactive maintenance and planned works.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in protecting commercial performance, challenging contractor costs, and driving value across a complex operational contract.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience working with NSR / Schedule of Rates
• A background in Facilities Management, Healthcare, Education or similar environments
• Experience managing reactive maintenance and planned works
• The confidence to challenge contractor applications and maximise commercial value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
