Job Description:
If you're the type of person who spots what others miss, enjoys solving problems before they become bigger issues, and takes pride in getting things right first time, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
We're searching for a Quality Technician to become a key player within a fast-paced manufacturing team. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk all day—you'll be out on the production floor, collaborating with engineers, operators and supervisors to ensure every product leaving the facility meets the highest standards.
What's in it for you? You'll be trusted to make a real difference. From investigating quality concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement to supporting production teams and driving best practice, your expertise will help shape the quality culture across the business.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects, process audits, training initiatives and quality investigations, giving you plenty of variety and the chance to develop your skills.
You'll thrive in this role if you...Have previous experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.
Enjoy working closely with people and building strong working relationships.
Have a keen eye for detail and love solving technical challenges.
Can confidently interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy learning new systems.
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO9001 would be a bonus, as would knowledge of electrical assembly or wiring practices—but don't worry if you don't tick every box.
Why make the move? This is your chance to join a business where quality is at the heart of everything they do. You'll work with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful improvement projects and have the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
If you're ready to take ownership, make an impact and be recognised for your attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and become the driving force behind quality excellence.
