You'll be trusted to make a real difference. From investigating quality concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement to supporting production teams and driving best practice, your expertise will help shape the quality culture across the business.

You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects, process audits, training initiatives and quality investigations, giving you plenty of variety and the chance to develop your skills.

Have previous experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.

Enjoy working closely with people and building strong working relationships.

Have a keen eye for detail and love solving technical challenges.

Can confidently interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.

Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and happy learning new systems.

Experience with quality management systems such as ISO9001 would be a bonus, as would knowledge of electrical assembly or wiring practices—but don't worry if you don't tick every box.
