Lamination Operator

4 on 4 off shift pattern, following a 2 days 2 nights rotation – an average of 42 hours per week

£14.84 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Lamination Operator to join a manufacturing business, supporting production operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

As a Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for operating conversion machinery to produce laminated reels safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications.

• Set up and operate lamination machinery in line with job specifications
• Select appropriate materials, films, and operating supplies for each job
• Carry out process and quality inspection checks to ensure product meets required standards
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain production output
• Complete production reports accurately using internal systems
• Palletise, package, and record finished products in line with company and customer requirements
• Support maintenance teams by reporting potential faults or preventative issues

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to operate machinery and follow technical processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to monitor machine performance
