Mobile Mechanical Supervisor

We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor to join a facilities management contract covering a large portfolio of sites across Hampshire. This is a great next step for someone who's come up through the trade and is ready to lead a team, get out from behind the tools, and take more ownership of how work gets delivered.

You'll be out on the road most of the week, covering around 140 properties across Hampshire, so this suits someone who doesn't mind being mobile and wants variety in their day rather than sitting in one building.

What You'll Be Doing

As Mobile Mechanical Supervisor, your day to day will include:

• Leading a team of engineers across the contract, making sure work gets done properly and on time
• Getting out to client meetings to understand what they need from the contract
• Running smaller works like roof refurbs, repairs, and reactive maintenance jobs
• Pulling together quotes for jobs and getting client sign-off
• Keeping standards high across all the sites you're responsible for
• Being the first point of contact when something needs sorting, for both the client and your team
• Helping your engineers develop and grow in their roles

What We Need From You

We're after a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor who can show:

• A time-served or qualified background in AC, plumbing, or gas (Level 2 or 3 minimum)
• Experience working your way up from a hands-on engineering role into a supervisory position
• The ability to lead a team and get the best out of people
• Confidence putting together quotes and talking clients through them
• Good communication skills — you'll be the link between the client and your engineers
• A full UK driving licence, as you'll be covering sites across Hampshire
• A practical, can-do attitude to managing a busy, spread-out patch
