Job Title:           Business Development Manager – Luxury Packaging
Location:           West Yorkshire
Salary:              £DOE car commission

With over 25 years’ experience, my client is a market-leading provider of luxury and branded packaging solutions who partner with some of the world’s most iconic brands, delivering innovative, sustainable packaging through collaboration, creativity and exceptional customer service.

They are looking to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the luxury and branded packaging market.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Account Director, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth. This role offers genuine progression into senior leadership, with the potential to progress towards Sales Director and future employee ownership opportunities.

The Role:

• Secure profitable new business in the luxury sector
• Internal and external sales developing existing accounts and winning new business.
• Manage sales pipelines, attend client meetings and manage clients’ requirements.
• .Manage your own diary and time efficiently, building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Achieving annual preset targets related to profit.

The Candidate:

• 2 years sales experience within the branded / luxury packaging industry
• Packaging design / repro knowledge advantageous
• Full driving licence
• Be numerate, literate and have strong analytical and computer skills
• Ability makes quick decisions, be reliable and a team player
• Possess excellent communication skills and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
