Religious Education Teacher – Temp-to-Perm, Full-time starting asap

This is a successful 11–18 girls' secondary school with sixth form. The school was rated Outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection and is recognised for providing a high-quality education within a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Religious Education Teacher Duties:

 

  • Planning and delivering engaging Religious Education lessons
  • Inspiring students to develop critical thinking and cultural awareness
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contributing to departmental development and wider school life
Ideal Religious Education Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for inspiring young people and driving achievement
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
