Drama Teacher – Secondary School, Temporary and ongoing, part-time, starting January 2027
Here is a large and successful 11–19 secondary school with sixth form, part of the Inspiration Trust. Duties as Drama Teacher:
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging Drama lessons
- Inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills
- Preparing students for practical and written assessments
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and assessing student progress
- Supporting extracurricular productions, performances, and enrichment activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for the performing arts and student development
- Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
