Duties as a Welding and Engineering Lecturer:
- Delivering Welding and Engineering programmes to learners
- Teaching practical workshop-based and classroom sessions
- Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
- Supporting students to achieve qualifications and industry standards
- Maintaining a safe and compliant workshop environment
- Contributing to curriculum development and learner success
- Substantial welding experience (essential)
- Level 3 Engineering qualification or higher (essential)
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and workshop practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for teaching, training, and supporting learner development
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare
