We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a Housing Association looking for a Carpenter based in Winchester.

• Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
• Completing repairs to doors, frames, locks, skirting, kitchens, flooring, fencing, and other first and second fix carpentry works
• Diagnosing faults and completing reactive maintenance to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
• Using a PDA to manage and complete jobs efficiently

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Carpenter, Carpentry Maintenance Operative, Joiner, or Multi-Trade Carpenter, with a background in reactive maintenance within social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council housing, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) contracts. Experience working in occupied properties and delivering excellent customer service is highly desirable.
