£22 per hour – Van & Fuel Card Provided

We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a Housing Association looking for a Multi Trader based in Hammersmith & Fulham.

• Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance and general repairs within occupied and void domestic properties
• Completing a variety of trade works including carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general building repairs
• Diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality first-time fixes
• Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
• Using a PDA to manage and complete jobs efficiently

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Multi Trader, Multi-Skilled Operative, Maintenance Operative, or Multi-Trade Operative, with a background in reactive maintenance within social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council housing, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) contracts. Experience working in occupied properties and delivering excellent customer service is highly desirable
