We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a Housing Association looking for a Carpenter Multi Trader based in Croydon.

• Carrying out day-to-day carpentry and multi-trade repairs within occupied and void domestic properties
• Completing first and second fix carpentry, including repairs to doors, frames, locks, kitchens, flooring, and skirting
• Undertaking basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general maintenance tasks as required
• Diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality first-time fixes
• Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes
• Using a PDA to manage and complete jobs efficiently

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Carpenter Multi Trader, Carpenter, Multi Trader, Joiner, or Multi-Skilled Operative, with a background in reactive maintenance within social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council housing, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) contracts. Experience working in occupied properties and delivering excellent customer service is highly desirable.
