Are you an experienced Account Manager from a printed POS, or marketing services background looking for a role where you can truly become an extension of your client's team?
We're recruiting on behalf of a great business - think young, energetic and supportive culture. The business is highly respected and growing rapidly. Due to this continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to work within a major retail client's environment, managing a variety of day-to-day and seasonal printed POS campaigns.

The Role
Working closely with the client and internal production teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.
You'll act as the key point of contact for campaign delivery, managing projects from brief through to installation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day and seasonal retail POS campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and sign-off processes.
- Manage campaign timelines and production schedules.
- Liaise with internal production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks.
- Ensure all work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Utilise MIS systems to track jobs, reporting, and campaign performance.
- Challenge timelines where required and confidently push back when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement across campaign delivery processes.
About You
- Previous experience within print, POS or marketing services.
- Experience managing retail campaigns would be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of MIS systems and workflow processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing artwork approval and sign-off processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Proactive problem solver who spots issues before they become problems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
