We're looking for a BIM Manager to join a design-led studio celebrated for its work across high-end hospitality, residential, and luxury interiors. This is an opportunity to shape BIM strategy within a practice where design quality and technical precision go hand in hand — every model needs to serve a vision as much as a build.

Candidates must already be based in Dubai.

The Role

You'll take ownership of BIM implementation across live projects, working closely with designers, architects, and technical teams to ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and fit for the exacting standards this kind of studio is known for. You'll bridge the gap between creative intent and technical delivery, helping translate intricate interior detailing into robust, clash-free BIM models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and implementation across multiple concurrent projects
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in line with ISO 19650
• Manage model coordination, clash detection, and quality control across disciplines
• Support design teams in translating complex interior detailing into accurate BIM outputs
• Set and maintain modelling standards, templates, and libraries
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM deliverables and protocols
• Mentor and support junior team members in Revit and BIM best practice
• Manage information exchange and CDE (Common Data Environment) processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM Coordinator (minimum 7 years)
• Previous experience within an interior design or fit-out environment is essential — you understand the nuance of high-spec interiors, bespoke joinery, and finishes-led detailing, not just base build
• Strong working knowledge of Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and ISO 19650 workflows
• Experience working on luxury hospitality, residential, or high-end commercial interiors
• A collaborative approach — comfortable working alongside designers to protect design intent through the technical process
• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing BIM processes across internal and external stakeholders
