Marketing & Events Executive

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We're partnering with an established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a commercially minded marketing professional who can take ownership of the company's marketing function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy.
• Planning and leading trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Managing digital marketing, social media, website content, and email campaigns.
• Creating engaging marketing content, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Driving lead generation and supporting business development initiatives.
• Analysing campaign performance, market trends, and ROI to inform future strategy.
• Working closely with senior leadership, sales, and engineering teams to support business growth.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
• Strong background in B2B marketing, including digital campaigns and content creation.
• Experience managing exhibitions, events, and product launches.
• Commercially aware with excellent project management skills.
• Confident analysing marketing performance and turning insights into action.
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors would be highly advantageous.
