Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
We're partnering with an established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a commercially minded marketing professional who can take ownership of the company's marketing function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
The Role of Marketing & Events Executive:You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy.
- Planning and leading trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Managing digital marketing, social media, website content, and email campaigns.
- Creating engaging marketing content, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Driving lead generation and supporting business development initiatives.
- Analysing campaign performance, market trends, and ROI to inform future strategy.
- Working closely with senior leadership, sales, and engineering teams to support business growth.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, including digital campaigns and content creation.
- Experience managing exhibitions, events, and product launches.
- Commercially aware with excellent project management skills.
- Confident analysing marketing performance and turning insights into action.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors would be highly advantageous.
