Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

No prior marketing experience is required—full training is provided.

• Assisting with the execution of face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns
• Representing client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Engaging with customers to create positive and memorable brand experiences
• Communicating product features, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently
• Supporting customer acquisition initiatives and helping generate brand awareness
• Gathering customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance
• Working closely with a collaborative marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong work ethic and professional mindset
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, sales, or similar customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
