Floor Layer Required - Bristol and Surrounding - Void Properties

Experienced Floor Layer required in Bristol and surrounding areas to work on social housing property maintenance  in empty/ void properties with a busy and reputable contractor.

Long term work.
 

This is a great opportunity for a Floor layer to secure long term work and stay self employed on a sub contract basis. 

Weekly pay.
 

Floor Layer Day to Day:

• Must have own tools (welder) and transport
• Laying a variety of flooring in social housing properties mainly flat lay and cap and cove
• Prep work
• Reporting to the Supervisor
• 40 hours per week
• Travelling to various jobs, 1hr is paid travel

Floor Layer Requirements:

• Good floor laying experience
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license

If you do not have these already, the client will put your through Asbestos, Working at Heights and Manual Handling.
