Maintenance Engineer 

Salary: Up to £42k

Location: Kendal

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, occasional weekend work, paid at OT rates

Orion is partnered with a fast-paced manufacturing business located in Kendal which is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have a minimum of 1x years’ experience working in the UK in a manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Maintenance of production/manufacturing machinery in a busy plant environment
• Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across the plant facility
• PPM’s, breakdowns, repairs

Maintenance Engineer Experience:

• Must have at least 1x years’ experience working with industrial machinery
• Must be confident with electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Experience stripping and rebuilding machinery

• Reliable and flexible attitude to work.
