About the Role

We are looking for reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to join a friendly team with the opportunity for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assembling and packing products to quality standards.
  • Carrying out visual quality checks.
  • Labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
  • Keeping the production area clean and organised.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping.
Hours

Rotating shifts:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Monday to Friday.
