Multi Trade Operative
Exeter
3 month contract 

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality joinery as well as additional repairs.

Multi Trade Operative duties: 

• Carry out high quality joinery
• Deliver good customer service
• Keep accurate records
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.
• Take part in the on-call out of hours rota. 
   

Requirements for the role: 

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
• Full UK Drivers Licence 
• Strong joinery skills plus multi?trade ability
• Good health & safety awareness
• Social housing experience desirable
• Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
