Job Title: Painter & Decorator

Location: North Birmingham
Contract: Temp, ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £20.19 per hour CIS
Perks: van, tools & fuel card, plenty of overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out painting, decorating, and damp & mould works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of painting, decorating & damp wash for tenanted properties across Central & North Birmingham.

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade

  • Previous experience in painting or damp & mould wash across social housing or private

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Ability to perform basic secondary trades
