Are you an experienced Resident Liaison Officer looking for your next contract within social housing?

We're recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to support the delivery of planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works across homes on behalf of a well-established housing provider in Walsall.

As the key link between residents and the site team, you'll ensure customers are kept informed throughout the programme, helping to deliver a positive experience while works are carried out in their homes.

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the programme.
• Keep residents informed before, during and after kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Arrange appointments and manage resident expectations.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Carry out pre-start visits, resident consultations and satisfaction surveys.
• Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role within social housing.
• Experience supporting planned maintenance projects, ideally kitchen and bathroom programmes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle
