Build Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire protection contractor for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation Manager to join a live project based in Islington.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation within the fire protection sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of the installation programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of fire alarm installation works on site.

• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programmes are achieved.

• Oversee quality control and ensure installations comply with current British Standards and client specifications.

• Carry out site inspections, audits and progress meetings.

• Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team.

• Manage site documentation, RAMS, permits and installation records.

• Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.

• Report project progress to senior management.

• Proven experience managing fire alarm installation projects.

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS 5839.

• Previous experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• SMSTS or SSSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• First Aid qualification (desirable).

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Immediate start on a live project in Islington.
