Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Specialist to join a leading social housing contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services across South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with the opportunity to secure a permanent position, carrying out damp and mould treatment works within occupied social housing properties.

• Carrying out damp and mould treatment works to a high standard.
• Painting and decorating following remedial works.
• Completing making good and finishing works.
• Undertaking basic plastering repairs where required (desirable).
• Working in occupied social housing properties while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.

• Previous experience carrying out damp and mould treatment works.
• Painting and decorating experience is essential.
• Plastering experience is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable.

• £23.90 per hour CIS.
• Company van provided.
• Fuel card provided.
