Supply Teacher – Secondary School

Duties as Supply Teacher:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Ensure students remain engaged and focused on learning
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and year groups
  • Provide feedback to relevant staff regarding lesson outcomes
Ideal Supply Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
