We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join my clients growing team in Edinburgh. If you're a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality work across service, maintenance, repairs, and installation projects, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Installing commercial plumbing and pipework systems.
• Working on hot and cold water services, sanitary ware, boosted water systems, and associated plant.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and industry standards.
• Completing accurate job reports and providing excellent customer service.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working on commercial heating systems.
• Water Regulations or Water Hygiene qualifications.
• Experience within facilities management or building services.
• Unvented hot water qualification.

• Salary up to £47,000 DOE.
