Supply Teacher - Long-term, temporary and ongoing, starting September 2026

Duties as a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subject areas
• Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support students in remaining engaged and focused on their learning
• Adapt confidently to different classes and year groups
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson outcomes and pupil engagement

Ideal Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
