Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join one of our established Housing Association clients, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties in Kensington & Chelsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, secure work with the opportunity to go permanent.

• Responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied properties
• Hanging internal and external doors
• Lock changes, repairs and gaining entry
• Fitting skirting, architraves and kitchen units
• Installing bath panels and completing general carpentry repairs
• Basic multi-trade works including minor plumbing, patch plastering and decorating
• Providing a high standard of customer service whilst working in tenants' homes

• Previous experience as a Carpenter Multi Trader within social housing, housing associations, local authorities or domestic maintenance
• Good all-round carpentry skills
• Experience completing basic multi-trade repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools preferred
