Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join one of our established Housing Association clients, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties in Kensington & Chelsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, secure work with the opportunity to go permanent.

• Responsive plumbing repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied properties
• Repairs and installation of taps, toilets, basins, baths, showers and pipework
• Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
• Carrying out bathroom repairs and replacements
• Basic multi-trade works including carpentry, patch plastering, tiling and decorating
• Providing a high standard of customer service whilst working in tenants' homes

• Previous experience as a Plumber Multi within social housing, housing associations, local authorities or domestic maintenance
• Good all-round plumbing skills
• Experience completing basic multi-trade repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools preferred
