Senior Project Manager – Print (POS & Large Format)

An established and growing large-format print and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Project Manager to join its successful client services team.

 

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end position responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality execution across a range of retail and commercial environments.

With significant new contracts and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting phase. This role offers genuine opportunities for progression as the company continues to expand and secure additional high-profile accounts!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
  • Provide regular project updates and performance reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support clients through multiple communication channels including email, telephone, virtual meetings, presentations, workshops and face-to-face meetings
  • Analyse customer feedback, project performance and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation

 

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role within ideally POS or large format graphics
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a print environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with experience in estimating and material selection
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example and supports junior colleagues
