Supply Teacher – Primary School

 

Here is a welcoming Church of England primary school catering for pupils aged 4–11, located in Dundry and part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership. Duties as a Supply Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs
  • Provide feedback to school staff following lessons
Ideal Supply Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, professional, and adaptable approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
