We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor, supporting tradespeople with responsive repairs and planned maintenance across residential properties.

• Load, unload and move materials and tools.
• Prepare work areas and keep properties clean and tidy.
• Assist with basic repair, refurbishment and making-good works.
• Remove waste and materials safely.
• Work professionally in occupied properties.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Green CSCS Card – essential
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Previous construction, maintenance or labouring experience.
