Are you a driven, well-presented Lettings Negotiator looking to expand your industry experience? This is your chance to join a top-performing, independent estate agency in the role of Lettings Negotiator at their office in Bracknell.

As Lettings Negotiator, what’s in it for you?

  • £25,000  - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience
  • A branch-based commission structure with extra individual incentives available - OTE of £30,000 - £35,000 – get rewarded for your hard work!
  • Mileage paid or car allowance, dependent on successful candidate
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Full funding for further qualifications – study while you work


Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
  • Support marketing efforts and new business generation for the department
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
  • Assist the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in


What we’re looking for from a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Minimum of six months industry experience
  • Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
  • Valid driving licence and access to own car
