Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Package:
Salary: Up to £45k
Location: Wolverhampton

NO SPONSORSHIP

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Overtime:

• Overtime available during planned plant shutdowns
• Alternate weekend working (typically 5-6 hours on Saturdays)
• On-call rota of 1 in 3 weeks
• Overtime rates:
  • 1.2x Monday-Friday
  • 1.5x Saturday
  • 2x Sunday

A well-established industrial manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton is looking to recruit a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer who enjoys working in a heavy industrial environment and wants to be part of a stable, growing organisation.

Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across site machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime
• Perform installation and improvement works on production equipment
• Support mechanical maintenance activities when required

Maintenance Engineer Experience:

• Electrically qualified, ideally Level 3 or equivalent
• Multi-skilled engineering background with strong electrical fault-finding abilities
• Experience working within manufacturing, production, industrial or heavy engineering environments
