RECfinancial is partnering exclusively with a large scale business based in Leicestershire to recruit a Finance Analyst for their high-performing finance team.

The site is easily commutable from Leicester, Leicestershire, Loughborough, Nottingham, and the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial planning and analysis function, with a heavy focus on business partnering with operational leads. You will be responsible for driving insight through detailed variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Key duties include developing financial models, supporting long-term strategic planning, and delivering monthly reporting packs that provide clear, actionable commentary on business performance and margin improvements.

Candidates should be part qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong academic background. While not mandatory, prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering setting is preferred, especially if it includes cost accounting or inventory analysis. We are looking for an individual with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.
