Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner and small wider team of a successful London management consultancy.
This is a senior, hands-on EA role requiring significant experience supporting at C-suite, Founder, Partner or Board level. The position combines complex diary and international travel management with client relationship management, CRM administration and wider team support.
We are looking for an accomplished EA who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing senior clients and stakeholders. You will need to anticipate requirements, manage changing priorities and have exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Full management of a complex, constantly changing Founding Partner diary
- Coordinating meetings across senior stakeholders and international time zones
- Managing extensive UK and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior clients and their EAs
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Managing the company CRM, ensuring client, contact and meeting records are accurate and current
- Maintaining confidential company and client records
- Preparing the Founding Partner for meetings, travel and client commitments
- Anticipating diary conflicts and resolving issues proactively
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the wider team
- Coordinating meetings, events and ad hoc projects
- Tracking actions and ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Significant Executive Assistant / Senior EA experience
- Previous support at C-suite, Founder, Partner or Board level
- Expert complex diary management skills
- Extensive international travel coordination experience
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Previous CRM/database management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet, professional and comfortable handling confidential information
- Proactive, thoughtful and able to anticipate what is needed
