We are recruiting for a reliable and motivated General Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This role involves finishing and deburring precision components, operating machinery following training, and supporting production to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

• Deburr, finish and polish machined components using hand tools and finishing equipment.
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Train to operate production saws and other machinery.
• Assist with assembly, cleaning and preparation of parts for dispatch.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Support other production departments as required.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good practical skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to maintain quality standards while carrying out repetitive tasks.
