Multi Trade - Cheltenham 

Experienced Multi Trade required in Cheltenham to work on social housing maintenance work.

This is a really exciting permanent on the books opportunity.

• Salary £34-36,000 per annum

Multi Trade Day to Day:

• Maintenance work on properties in the Cheltenham area
• Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring
• Working alongside other trades/ colleagues 
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly 
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally

Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good trades experience
• Previous experience working within social housing - desirable
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
