Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Joiner to join one of our established Housing Association clients, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties in Kensington & Chelsea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Joiner / Multi Joiner looking for long-term, secure work with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

• Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Completing a wide range of joinery and carpentry repairs
• Hanging, adjusting and repairing internal and external doors
• Carrying out lock changes, repairs and gaining entry
• Fitting skirting boards, architraves and other joinery
• Installing and repairing kitchen units and worktops
• Fitting bath panels and completing bathroom joinery repairs
• Carrying out general joinery, carpentry and making-good works
• Completing basic multi-trade repairs including minor plumbing, patch plastering and decorating
• Working respectfully within tenants' homes and minimising disruption
• Providing a high standard of customer service to residents

• Previous experience as a Multi Joiner, Joiner or Carpenter Multi Trader
• Strong all-round joinery and carpentry skills
• Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance
• Previous experience within social housing, housing associations, local authorities or domestic properties desirable
• Ability to complete basic multi-trade repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools preferred
