Order to Cash (O2C) Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Contractor to support an ERP transformation programme, with a focus on UAT, business readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Key Responsibilities of this Order to Cash role:

• Support business users through end-to-end UAT scenarios across the O2C process.
• Explain system functionality and process changes, including differences between Infor M3 and legacy systems.
• Log, investigate, and coordinate resolution of defects, pricing issues, and process discrepancies.
• Retest fixes and manage business sign-off.
• Support end-user training and provide ongoing O2C process guidance.
• Assist with cutover activities, including data migration, validation, and reconciliation of customer orders and transactional data.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, troubleshooting issues and helping stabilise business operations.

Required Experience for this Order to Cash role:

• Strong Order to Cash process knowledge.
• Previous ERP implementation or transformation project experience.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and business readiness activities.
• Data migration and reconciliation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Infor M3 is highly desirable.
